📦 Shipping Details

1. Physical Products (Self-Care Bundles & Wellness Items)

✔️ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
✔️ Shipping Time: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days (U.S. only).
✔️ Shipping Rates:

• Standard Shipping (5-7 Days): $5.99 (FREE on orders over $75)

• Expedited Shipping (2-3 Days): $9.99

• Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day): Rates calculated at checkout

✔️ Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
✔️ Shipping Restrictions:

• At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

• Due to legal restrictions, CBD-infused products are only shipped to states where they are legal.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for orders containing CBD products.

2. Digital Products (Wellness Guides, Journals, & Downloadables)

✔️ Instant Delivery: Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase.
✔️ No Shipping Fees: Digital guides and journals are delivered via email with a download link.
✔️ Download Support: If you have any issues accessing your digital products, email us at support@flourishandflowco.com.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

✔️ Order modifications or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase.
✔️ Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel it.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

✔️ If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are marked as delivered.
✔️ If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
